Mood: a bit tired after the concert practice.
For those of you wondering, "what's with this random Swan Lake post tittle?", the reason is because, its only a few days away from the ballet concert my ballet school is having this 29th March. Everyone is a part of it and I'll be dancing two dances, one solo and another with my partner.
I have finished my february test and I'm kinda happy for getting A1s for all d new subjects. (Physics = 84, Biology = 87, Chemistry = 90) For the old subjects, I'm a bit dissapointed.. but to look on the positive side, at least I didn't fail. I can't believe I only got 90 for Modern Maths and 100 for add maths... @.@ Somehow, everyone keeps saying it should be the other way round... But anyway, it doesn't matter, because i personally think add maths is easier and more fun to do... XP I know a few classmates who would definitely disagree with me on this statement.
Lets see, the elections just passed by and well... I have no comment on it... Politics was never in my list of interests after all... too complex for a happy-go-lucky soul. Haha... I did hear that the results were historical, but I much rather not pay attention to that. My advice to myself, if there's no hope for today, hope for tomorrow.
Owh yea, and I managed to get my prefect post back. Yay ^^ (All prefects retire after form 3 and re-apply for the post in Form 4) This time, Priya made it too. Finally, I won't be the only non-muslim prefect of my form ^^. I'm loving the holidays, been watching lots of anime and have updated my list from time to time. So far, I've watched Princess Princess and Harukanaru Toki No Nakade Hachiyoushou. The guardians of Byakko, Seiryuu, Genbu and Suzaku are just so cute and cool!!~ A total bishie-filled movie. Even the bad guy is "gyah!gyah!gyah!" material. My favourite character has got to be Abe No Yasuaki, the Byakko of Heaven... It's just so adorable how he says, "mondai nai" (No problem) << Amanda is now muttering his words over and over again... haha..
Last Friday (the day before elections), we had choral speaking practice. It felt kinda awkward to be teaching the team in my mum's place, but I'm glad I got my old job of being a conductor again. I miss the old days. And after this week is the long-awaited 1B Exam. To be honest, I'm a bit nervous, but my fear gene's are failing me again... I can't get freaked out enough to seriously study.
So anyway, the list of activities that I have joined so far are:
1. Public speaking
2. Sports day (4 events, 100m, 4X100m, 400m & 4X400m)
3. Spell It! (organized by RHB & NST)
4. Sofbol MSSD (as a scorer)
5. Choral Speaking
and the list of TO JOIN are:
6. Parliamentary Debate
7. Scrabble Inter-School Championship
8. ICT competition
9. ICAS (4got wad it stands for)
10. Olympiad Matematik
I'll update if I think of any more... anyway, if there's any anime you'd like to recommend, be sure to comment. Thnx!~ Blessed it be.
